Bistro Guillaume has been inspired by France’s most popular neighbourhood bistros with an extensive outdoor terrace, zinc-topped bar, and a welcoming dining area complete with Guillaume’s signature French dishes.

Featuring a daily plat du jour, Bistro Guillaume is equally accommodating for solo diners, families, small groups and couples alike. The service style is relaxed and guests are encouraged to pour their own wine from the unadorned tables. The bistro’s wine list is tightly edited, all available by the glass or bottle and sourced from France and boutique wineries in Victoria.
